1. Overview

At Zluzarinrykhor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including statutory liability for defects (virhevastuu).

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement in writing (e.g. by email to help@zluzarinrykhor.world). You may use a model withdrawal form if we have provided one; use of the form is not obligatory. Simply returning the goods without prior notice does not constitute a valid withdrawal. If we did not provide you with the legally required information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended by up to 12 months from the end of the original 14-day period.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, and you must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The following conditions must also be met:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging (where applicable for hygiene/health products)
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Products returned after the 14-day period

4. How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at help@zluzarinrykhor.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Wait for return authorization and instructions
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided
  • Step 5: Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit

If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of the day we receive your notice of withdrawal (we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, as permitted by law)
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise
  • The full product price will be refunded
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear it or failed to inform you that you must bear it

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at help@zluzarinrykhor.world
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not open or use the incorrect product
  • We will send the correct item and arrange return pickup at no cost

9. Statutory Liability for Defects (Virhevastuu)

This return policy is without prejudice to your statutory rights. Under Finnish law (Consumer Protection Act), you have statutory liability for defects (virhevastuu): the seller is liable for defects in the product for a period that depends on the expected service life of the product. You must notify us of a defect within two months of the date you discovered or should have discovered it. For defective goods you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the sale. These rights cannot be limited by contract.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

11. Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • Check the tracking information provided
  • Contact your local postal service
  • If the package is lost, contact us for assistance

We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or provide a refund.

12. Return Address

Please do not send returns without first contacting us for authorization. Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
